EPG License Request — NEW License

The internal Oracle Fusion / OIC APIs called when issuing a **NEW** licence at Emirates Post Group. A New request onboards a brand-new customer, so it creates the customer in Oracle (Organization Account) before billing, then issues and e-Seals the licence (and a NOC where applicable)

EPG License Request — RENEWAL License

2.0.05 endpoints

The internal Oracle Fusion / OIC APIs called when **renewing** a licence at Emirates Post Group. A Renewal reuses the customer that already exists in Oracle, so — unlike a New request — it does NOT call Create Organization or Create Account, and there is no NOC. It bills the renewal fee plus levy and penalty through the same invoice / receipt endpoints (often more than once) and e-Seals the renewed licence.
