Overview

Raises the renewal invoice(s) in Oracle AR. Covers the renewal fee and — driven by EPG_LicenseRenewalReconcillition — levy and penalty, so this endpoint can be called more than once per request. Fired by EPG_TransactionTriggerHelper → 'createinvoiceMultiReceipts'.
