EPG License Request — NEW License (Internal Oracle APIs) 2.0.08 Operations Defined
The internal Oracle Fusion / OIC APIs called when issuing a **NEW** licence at Emirates Post Group. A New request onboards a brand-new customer, so it creates the customer in Oracle (Organization + Account) before billing, then issues and e-Seals the licence (and a NOC where applicable).
